When you contact us
Please include the issue you saw, your Own24 app version, your iPhone model, and your iOS version when relevant. Never email us your password, Apple ID password, verification code, private key, or payment-card information.
Subscriptions and billing
Own24 Pro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can view or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting Own24 or your Own24 account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple Support.
Export or delete your data
- Export: open Own24 and go to Profile → Data → Export My Data.
- Delete account: go to Profile → Account → Delete Account.
If you cannot access the in-app controls, email us from the address connected to your Own24 account. We may need to verify that the request belongs to the account holder before acting.
